The Forte System provides: specific direction and measurement to personal and interpersonal performance improvement using three, four-dimensional profiles that identify communication strengths in an individual's Primary Profile, Current Adapting Profile, and Current Perceiver Profile.
The Primary Profile: takes just a couple minutes to complete and identifies a person's natural, genetic interpersonal communication style and strengths reflected in four specific traits.
Based on each individual's profile the report presents the environment each person needs to be self-motivated, self-starting, effective and productive.
The Current Adapting Profile: takes just a couple minutes to complete and identifies how an individual has been adapting to their environment over the past 30-day period.
The Forte System captures how an individual or team is adapting to a specific environment, specific individual, or both and documents the learning experience for forward growth.
The Current Perceiver Profile: is automatically generated from the results of the Primary Profile and Current Adapting Profile and completes the loop in communication; it expresses how an individual is most likely coming across to others today and for the next several weeks.
This measurement is extremely useful in helping people understand the difference between how they feel and are adapting and how they may be coming across to others.
The Profile Interaction Report: is designed to bring the results of two individuals together to increase and enhance their communication on a person-to-person level.
This report will compare the primary communication style and most recent adapting profiles and outline areas of potential misunderstanding while providing recommendations on how to work together to accomplish common goals.
The Forte System: provides specific direction and measurement to personal and interpersonal performance improvement by reassessing individuals on a continuing basis. The assessments are most effective if conducted every 30 days for the first 90 days and then every 90 days after. This consistency is key to capturing how individuals are adapting to their current environment to help them learn from their experience and grow with the team and organization!
